Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact, company, quantity, and message information you choose to provide. When you begin an online purchase, payment is completed through Stripe Checkout; Heartland Kitchen Supply does not receive or store your complete card number.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to questions, provide pricing and availability, fulfill purchases, arrange pickup or shipping, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.
Website measurement
The site may use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising results and purchases. Conversion payloads hash email, phone, and name before they leave our server. Your browser settings and applicable platform controls may limit browser-side measurement.
Service providers
We use service providers, including Stripe for payment processing and Microsoft Azure for website hosting and inquiry delivery, only as needed to operate the site and serve customers.
